Sarada, an assistant professor in the Department of Management and Human Resources at the Wisconsin School of Business, looks at the state of inventor demographics in a little-known era of early American history, 1870-1040. Sarada’s findings were included in a bill currently in Congress that advocates for study of and legislation for greater numbers of women, minority, and veteran patent holders.
